Refreshing sparkling Sake with the addition of Japanese Yuzu juice. It shows the citrus aromas of Yuzu and grapefruit and the palate is elegant.
The gentle bubbles, burst with Citrus fruits and just a hint of bitterness to balance the clean finish.
