By supplying the information, a person will be entering a legally binding agreement between themselves & Red Bottle.
No deliveries will be made to that address regardless of the person ordering.
The Liquor Act requires that each party to a self-exclusion agreement must comply with the terms of the agreement. However, the participant should be aware that while the licensee should use all reasonable means to enforce this self-exclusion agreement, the onus is on the participant to comply with the terms they have agreed to.
