Description
This Merchant Cabernet Sauvignon is a single vineyard wine that’s been hand pruned and harvested. Traditional winemaking and maturation in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads has ensured a full-bodied varietal Cabernet Sauvignon displaying classic structure and richness typical of the Kalleske vineyard.
The palate is medium-bodied yet powerful, driven by concentrated varietal fruit wrapped in elegance. Dusty natural tannins are prominent, but fine, providing structure and impeccable backbone. Subtle, toasty oak brings further complexity, harmonising seamlessly with the generous fruit. It culminates in a long, poised, and persistent finish.
