Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, each grape variety is harvested separately at optimal ripeness. After destemming in the vineyard, whole berry, natural fermentation commences in open fermenters, allowing for gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak for four months before blending and bottling. Vegan-friendly and free from fining agents, this wine reflects winemaker Sam Pfeiffer's dedication to purity and integrity.
