From the flourishing Tumblong Hills vineyard in Gundagai, this wine showcases its youthful exuberance with every sip. Radiant and inviting, it boasts a fruity and juicy character, wrapping you in its warm embrace.
Spontaneously fermented with 90% whole berries and 10% whole bunches, it undergoes extended skin maceration for 21 days. After fermentation, it's gently basket pressed into seasoned French oak barriques and matures for 8 months.
No fining or filtration is done, preserving the wine's authentic essence.
