Hesketh Regional Selection Adelaide Hills Lobethal Chardonnay 750mL

This wine is the ultimate celebration of ‘Place’ and a beautiful example of Hesketh’s commitment to crafting wines that are true expressions of the regions from which they’re sourced. With this wine Hesketh have not only crafted something that not only embodies the Adelaide Hills but also reflects the unique characteristics of the Lobethal sub region.

The fruit for this wine was picked on the 16th of March and pressed into second-fill French oak Barriques and Hogsheads. Primary fermentation lasted for 30 days in which the barrels were stored in cool temperatures.

The grapes for this wine came from grower Dave Neyel with the vineyard situated approx. 420m above sea level. Gentle, undulating north to south rows means that the grapes where well placed to capture maximum sunshine.
