Indulge in the exquisite taste of Greystone Organic Pinot Noir, cultivated at their estate vineyard. The grapes were harvested at peak ripeness to esnure optimal flavour and condition. A portion undergoes whole bunch fermentation, while the rest is de-stemmed for small-batch fermentation with native yeasts. Hand-plunged daily, our wine extracts rich tannins and deep colour. Post-fermentation maceration enhances fruit flavours, softening tannins for complexity. Aged for 11 months in French oak, yielding a sophisticated and nuanced wine, perfect for any occasion.
