Description
Xijiu has been a proud part of China's baijiu tradition since 1952 and in 1998, it joined forces with the renowned Moutai Group. Known for winning awards and wowing at international spirits competitions, Xijiu's Jiaocang 1988 stands out for its top-notch quality.
This special baijiu blends a base liquor aged for at least 8 years with even older spirits dating back to before 1988, all made with the Moutai method. This means it's been steamed nine times, fermented eight times and gone through seven rounds of extraction, folowing 165 careful steps from start to finish.
In the bottle, Xijiu Jiaocang 1988 offers a smooth, rich flavour that baijiu lovers will recognise as the classic Moutai style. It's a drink that celebrates both the history and craftmanship of Chinese baijiu.
