As the representative of light-aroma baijiu, Fenjiu uses a "pure grain solid fermentation method," with sorghum, barley, and peas as the raw materials for brewing. The fermentation process also differs from strong aroma and sauce-aroma baijiu, employing a unique "earth jar fermentation technique." Clay jars are buried underground, creating small, independent fermentation spaces, which contribute to Fenjiu's distinctive light aroma and taste.
