Brix Australian Cane Spirit is a blend of 70% unaged cane spirit, distilled from premium Australian molasses, blended with 30% charcoal filtered, barrel aged Brix Rum to add roundness, depth & body.
It's perfect over ice with a squeeze of fresh lime, merged with your favourite mixer or in fresh & fruity cocktails. We love it in a daiquiri, mojito or Old Cuban.
