Made up of 38% Shiraz, 36% Mataro and 26% Grenache this red blend from Whistler in the Barossa Valley punches well above its weight.
Blue fruit characteristics from the Shiraz provide depth of flavour and are supported wonderfully by the earthy Mataro and juicy red fruit of the Grenache.
This wine has great acid structure which means it can be enjoyed chilled in the warmer months.
A certified crowd pleaser it would be a welcome addition to any backyard BBQ.
